Here are a few great resources to use with students:

1. AI 4 All Open Learning Curriculum- AI4ALL Open Learning offers free curriculum and teacher resources so that educators of any subject can increase access to AI education in their communities. The AI4ALL Open Learning curriculum is interdisciplinary and approachable for people without CS or math backgrounds.

2. Code.org AI - PD for teachers and also AI Curriculums for students.

3. MIT AI Education - RAISE has developed a wide range of learning units for K12 AI Literacy that are available under Creative Commons licensing

4. Day of AI - Has curriculum for all grade levels.

5. Project STEM - Middle school AI curriculum.

6. Alexa Hour of AI - curriculum and teacher resources and swag
